Avoine

The municipality of Avoine want to re-qualify the park Lepez, situated in the heart of the center trading of its urban area to improve its image and the plurality of its practices. 

This project is the joint of a mineral yard, a place that must become one a week a marketplace and a public garden, at the same time crossed everywhere to connect the businesses and welcoming for the cyclists of the Loire Valley by bicycle.

The project aims to give a coherence to these various spaces by the declension of materials, the interweaving at level of all the places, a valuation of the existing trees and a work on the balances mineral / vegetable.
