The land of the Vignes du prieuré were purchased 10 years ago by Val Touraine Habitat (Social landlord). A file for housing was made in 2002 and declined in 2008 partly because of too large plots. Today, the resumption of operation requires the deepening of the notion of urban form and landscape heritage.
After making a global planning on the area, a first real estate subdivision has been drawn, including 15 plots. The aim was to create an efficient road system, while preserving existing trees, reducing the lane proportion and increasing public spaces and plots.
