This park of 8.5 ha is situated to Zletan in 120 km east of Tripoli, on the city fringe between the port and the beach. This national park exposed to marine winds and settled on a sandy and salty dune will be dedicated to the coastal environments. The constraints of the environment (sea sprays, wind, salt, sandy soil, absence of resource in fresh water) directed the park project to the development of the coastal environment since the dune by way of the littoral forest, in the form of gardens. Architecture comes to fit into the rocky emergence in strata of sand to strengthen the south side panorama horizontality whereas the park turns to the sea, absolved background from this coastal landscape.
A gardens suite creates singular and locatable atmospheres, gardens of transition or real places of rest, they play on senses, relief, heights of vegetation and verticalities.
