The land of this vast area of 12 hectares, 5 hectares, owned by the city of Blois, originally planned for the creation of an eco – district was assigned to the peri-urban horticulture after modification of the Plan of Flood Risk Prevention.
Sativa landscape is responsible for proposing a comprehensive development plan after meeting with three promoters identified by the project owner. These are:
-A wommen who wants to start in organic production on a surface of 3.0 ha – 3.5 ha, 1.0 ha of fallow and 0.6 ha – 0.7 ha of tunnels.
-The association of “Restaurant du coeur – ACI jardins du coeur”: required surface area: 1.0 ha.
-A cooperative farming: 2.0 ha area.
